Frequently Asked Questions

What are "aura points"?

Aura points are scores assigned by your group members through democratic votes. They reflect your standing in the group based on your peers' perception.

How do I create a group?

Open the app, go to the Groups tab, and tap "Create Group." Share the group code with friends to invite them.

How do I add friends to my group?

Friends can join your group by entering the group code found in your group's settings page.

Why can't I vote right now?

Voting windows are limited per cycle. Each group round allows one vote per member. Wait for the next voting period to open.

What mini-games are available?

Currently, Aura Tracker features Connect 4 and a daily roulette draw. More mini-games will be added in future updates.

Is Aura Tracker free?

Yes, the app is free to download and use. Optional paid features may be introduced in the future with prior notice to users.

My account was suspended — what do I do?

Contact us at contact@auratracker.tech with your username and a brief explanation. We will review the situation and respond within 5 business days.

Report a Bug

Found a bug? We appreciate your help in making Aura Tracker better. Please email contact@auratracker.tech with the subject line "Bug Report" and include:

  • A description of the issue and steps to reproduce it
  • Your device model and iOS version
  • The app version (found in Settings → About)
  • Screenshots or a screen recording if possible

Delete Your Account

You can delete your account at any time directly from the app:

  1. Open Aura Tracker and go to your Profile
  2. Tap Settings → Account
  3. Select "Delete Account" and confirm

Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you encounter any issues, contact us at contact@auratracker.tech.
